TASKS
The main responsibilities you are already familiar with are
- Carry out the work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately, according to the dealer's standards;
- Determine the cause of any defect and make the repair;
- Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own inspection;
- Liaise with parts department to obtain necessary parts;
- Examine assigned vehicle to determine if additional safety and maintenance work is required;
- Submit to the technical advisor any information to be passed on to the customer;
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Perform road tests as required;
- Maintain and update technical knowledge.
