As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our operations, we are looking to welcome a versatile, detail-oriented, and motivated Automotive Detail Technician to our team.

Responsibilities

• Divide work time between operational tasks in the field (approximately 70%) and computer system management (approximately 30%)

• Prepare vehicles by performing thorough and meticulous cleaning prior to delivery to customers

• Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of vehicles according to established standards

• Ensure Honda quality standards are met for every vehicle serviced

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate closely with team members to provide efficient, seamless, and professional service

Management Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment

• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Plan activities and assign tasks to optimize daily operations

• Monitor operations and update information in computer systems

• Oversee the smooth execution of operations and respond promptly when needed to maintain service quality
